80s Basement Reno

We transformed this 1980s contemporary ranch home's flooded basement into an oasis of dappled light and mixed materials. Echoing Portola Valley's rolling, oak-dotted hills was key to the design concept and build, with each window giving way to a picture-perfect landscape.
