Crescent Park Spanish Revival

Tucked within the tree-lined streets of Crescent Park in Palo Alto—a neighborhood celebrated for its storybook Spanish Colonial homes—this 1926 Spanish Colonial Revival residence has been thoughtfully reimagined with a deep respect for its architectural soul and a modern sensibility for the family who lives there. Every detail, from plaster and tadelakt to the custom rondel window and Zellige tile, was a conversation between eras — old and new, California and the world. The finished residence feels both timeless and fresh: a study in restraint and richness, where earthy rusts, greens, and blues complement the creamy plaster backdrop. It’s a space that honors its heritage while fully embracing the rhythms of modern family life. Every detail— from the tadelakt fireplace to a jewel-box bathroom wrapped in Zellige tile—celebrates craftsmanship and timeless California style.
